We at Bixa Hair Studio understand that sometimes things come up, but cancelling your appointment with less than 24hr notice or No Showing does not allow us enough time to fill our appointment time with those on our waiting list. There is a 50% non-refundable service fee for cancelling with less than a 24hr  notice, or a 100% non-refundable service fee for No Showing your appointment. A credit card is required to book and hold your appointment whether over the phone or booking online. Thank you for your understanding.
